What you get

The Break-Even Desk does arithmetic on the numbers you give it and shows the results. The results are only as good as those numbers. It is not tax, legal, accounting or lending advice; check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Fees quoted in the opening guide

Fees and rates are quoted from public sources, with links and the date they were checked. Governments change them; the official source is the final word.

Your Desk

Keep your Desk link safe: it is the only key, and there is no way to recover a lost one. Do not put other people's personal information on a Desk. Do not use the site to break the law or to overload it.

Desk Pass

The Desk Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year. During the preview it is free for everyone and nothing is charged. Once payments start, they are taken by PayPal, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled in PayPal at any time; the Pass then runs to the end of the paid period. A Desk with a renewing Pass cannot be deleted until the Pass is cancelled.

Changes and availability

The site is offered as is. Features and prices may change; a price change never applies to a period already paid. Run by WeldonPC. These terms are governed by the law of Ohio.
